SALES CONTRACT & HEALTH GUARANTEE
To the best of my knowledge,
this puppy/dog is in good condition and health and there are no congenital
defects. The Buyer must take puppy/dog to a professional veterinarian within
72 hours of receiving puppy/dog.
If puppy/dog is found to be
in poor health, or to have a congenital defect excluding fleas, ear-mites,
worms, coccidia, or any physical problems caused by
stress.
The Buyer must contact the
Seller immediately and the Buyer must provide a signed report from the same
veterinarian and allow full disclosure of medical records.
The Seller will replace the
puppy/dog with one of equal value, as a replacement puppy becomes available.
The Seller will not be
responsible for any veterinarian bills. After 72 hours all sales are final.
Money refund will not be
made under any circumstances. This contract is for the protection of both
Buyer and Seller.
If puppy is sold as pet, it
is to be spayed neutered by 6 months of age or sooner. Breeder will hold
puppy's papers until proof of altering is provided.
It is the responsibility of
the Buyer at the Buyers expense to provide immediate veterinary care of the
puppy/dog if showing signs of illness or distress, failure to do so will
render any guarantees null and void.
I only accept cash or PayPal. Your deposit will hold your puppy/dog for you,
eliminating other buyers.
If the owner is ever unable
to keep the puppy/dog, and he or she cannot find the puppy/dog a proper home,
Breeder shall take the puppy/dog back at any time, with no refund. Puppy/dog
will be placed in another proper home.
We never want any Awesome
Toy Terriers to end up in a shelter, rescue or homeless. We want our
puppies/dogs only in homes where they are loved and wanted.
